At 000bet Responsible Gaming —
Stay in Control, Stay Entertained

Responsible gaming at 000bet is more than just following rules — it is a core part of our philosophy. We believe online gaming is truly enjoyable only when it is played in a controlled, mindful, and healthy way.

Responsible gaming means playing within your means, setting limits on your time and spending, and treating gaming as one form of entertainment in your life — not a way to solve problems. 000bet provides a range of tools and guidelines to support every player's mental and financial well-being.

Millions of people across Bangladesh and around the world enjoy online gaming, and the vast majority play without any issues. However, a small number may occasionally fall into problematic gaming behavior. 000bet is committed to reducing that risk.

Problem gambling tends to develop gradually, so recognizing the early signs is important. Be alert if you notice any of the following:

• Repeatedly playing to recover lost money (chasing losses)
• Spending beyond the budget set aside for gaming
• Hiding gaming habits from family or friends
• Feeling restless or anxious when not playing
• Neglecting other responsibilities in life due to gaming
• Repeatedly trying to cut back or stop gaming without success
• Developing financial problems or taking on debt
• Turning to gaming to escape stress or depression

On the 000bet platform, you are in full control of your own gaming experience. Our responsible gaming tools are easy to use and take effect immediately.

Deposit Limits

Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is in place, it takes effect immediately. To increase a limit, you will need to wait 24 hours — this protects you from overspending in the heat of the moment.

Loss Limits

Set a loss limit in advance for any given period. You will be notified automatically when you reach it, and further play will be stopped.

Session Time Limits

Decide in advance how long you want to play. You will receive a reminder when the time is up. This helps you track your time, since it is easy to lose track of how long you have been playing.

Wager Limits

Set a maximum amount for each bet. Smaller bets let you play longer and keep the risk low.

Sometimes stepping back is the smartest move. 000bet gives you two options:

Cooling-Off Period

Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days. No bets or deposits can be made during this time. Your account reactivates automatically once the period ends.

Self-Exclusion

Choose self-exclusion for a longer break. You can close your account completely for anywhere between 6 months and 5 years. Reactivating your account during the self-exclusion period is not possible.

• Self-Exclusion requests take effect immediately.
• Promotional emails and SMS will be paused during this period.
• Any balance held before Self-Exclusion will be kept safe.
• A cooling-off period will apply before you can rejoin after your exclusion ends.

000bet is strictly for players aged 18 and above. Keeping minors away from online gaming is both our ethical and legal responsibility.

Advice for Parents

• Use family safety software on your computer or device.
• Enable parental controls on your browser.
• Keep your 000bet login credentials secure and away from your children.
• Avoid gaming in front of children.
• Have an open conversation with your child about online gaming.

If you suspect a minor is using 000bet, contact our support team immediately. We will investigate the account and take the appropriate action.

Responsible gaming is not just about restrictions — it is about building a healthy mindset. Follow these tips to keep gaming enjoyable at all times:

1. 1
Set Your Budget in Advance Decide how much you are willing to spend before you start playing. Accept that amount as the cost of entertainment, even if you lose it.
2. 2
Stick to Your Time Limits Decide how long you'll play each day and stick to it. Avoid gaming right before bed or during work hours.
3. 3
Don't Chase Your Losses Knowing when to walk away is the smart move. Chasing losses only makes things worse.
4. 4
Play with a Clear Head Avoid gaming when you're stressed, angry, or feeling low. Decisions made in an emotional state are often ones you'll regret.
5. 5
Take Regular Breaks Take a 5–10 minute break every hour. Get up, drink some water, take a short walk — it keeps your focus sharp and your decision-making on point.
6. 6
Gaming is for Entertainment Only Never treat gaming as a source of income. It is a form of entertainment — keep that perspective.

You are not alone. If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, seeking help is not a sign of weakness — it takes courage. 000bet is always here for you.

Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Do not hesitate to share any concern or issue — all conversations are completely confidential.

If you feel the problem is serious, it is important to seek professional help. Speak with a trusted mental health professional or counselor. Open conversations with family and friends can also make a real difference.
